PMMVY યોજનાના હેતુઓ

પ્રથમ બાળકોનો જન્મ આપનારી માતાને પ્રસુતિ અગાઉ અને બાળકના જન્મ પછીના સમયગાળામાં એ કામ પર ન જાય તે મુખ્ય હેતુ છે.

આરામ કરે એ હેતુસર એણે મળનાર મજૂરીની કમાણી જેટલા નાણાં સરકાર તરફથી વળતર રૂપે રોકડમાં આપવા.

સગર્ભા મહિલાઓ અને ધાત્રી મહિલાઓમે રોકડમાં મજૂરી જેટલા નાણાં મળી રહે અને જરૂરી આરામ મળી રહે, પરિણામે પોતાનો અને બાળકનો શારીરિક વિકાસ થઇ શકે.

PMMVY યોજનાના ઉદેશ્ય

સગર્ભા મહિલાને પ્રસુતિ પૂર્વે અને બાળકના જન્મ પછી તેના શારીરિક વિકાસ માટે ઉપયોગમાં આવે તે હેતુસર કુલ 5 હજાર રૂપિયા ચૂકવવામાં આવશે.

આંગણવાડી કેન્દ્ર અથવા સરકારી દવાખાનામાં નોંધણી કરાવનાર ગર્ભવતી મહિલાને નોંધણી સમયે પહેલો હપ્તો રૂ. એક હજાર મળશે.

ગર્ભ રહ્યાના છ માસ પછી તબીબી તપાસ કરાવતી વખતે બીજા હપ્તાના 2 હજાર રૂપિયા અપાશે.

ત્રીજા હપ્તાના 2 હજાર રૂપિયા બાળકના જન્મ પછી બાળકને બી.સી.જી, ઓરલ પોલીયો વેક્સીન, ડી.પી.ટી અને હિપેટાઈટિસ-બી – આ સર્વ પ્રકારની રસી આપ્યા બાદ ચૂકવવામાં આવશે.

દવાખાનામાં સુવાવડ કરાવનાર મહિલાને જનની સુરક્ષા યોજના હેઠળ જો આર્થિક સહાય આપવામાં આવી હશતો એ રકમ ગણતરીમાં લઈને સગર્ભા મહિલાઓને ઉપરની રકમ પ્રોત્સાહન તરીકે અપાશે, જે પ્રધાનમંત્રી માતૃવંદના યોજના અનુસાર અપાય છે, એ કુલ મળીને ૬ હજાર રૂપિયા થશે.

આ યોજનાનો લાભ કોને મળશે?

2017 ના જાન્યુઆરીની પહેલી તારીખ પછી, પરિવારમાં પહેલાં બાળકને જન્મ આપનારી તમામ સગર્ભા મહિલાઓને અને ધાવણા બાળકની માતાઓને આ યોજનાનો લાભ અપાશે.

લાભાર્થી મહિલાના તબીબી પ્રમાણપત્રમાં દર્શાવેલ માસિક આવ્યાની તારીખ પ્રમાણે ગર્ભાવસ્થાનો કાળ ગણવામાં આવશે.

ગર્ભ અધૂરે પડી જાય અથવા મૃત બાળકનો જન્મ થાય તેવા સંજોગોમાં-

યોજનાનો ફક્ત એક વખત લાભ મળી શકશે.

ગર્ભ પડી ગયો હોય અથવા મૃત બાળકને જન્મ આપ્યો હોય તેવી મહિલાઓને એ પછીની ગર્ભાવસ્થા વખતે યોજનાનો લાભ મળી શકશે.

લાભાર્થીને આર્થીક સહાયનો પહેલો હપ્તો મળી ગયો હોય, ત્યારબાદ ગર્ભ પડી જાય તો એ પછીની બીજી ગર્ભાવસ્થા વેળાએ પહેલો હપ્તો બાદ કરીને બાકીના હપ્તાની સહાય અપાશે.

એ જ રીતે જેટલા હપ્તા મળ્યા હોય તેટલા બાદ કરીને બાકીના હપ્તાની સહાય મળી શકશે.

યોજનાના કોઈ લાભાર્થીને સહાયના બધા જ હપ્તા પ્રસુતિ અગાઉ મળી ગયા હોય.

જો મૃત બાળક જન્મે તો બીજી વખતની ગર્ભાવસ્થા વખતે આ સહાય નહી મળે પરંતુ બાળકના જન્મ પછી ધાત્રી મહિલાઓને અપાતી સહાય મેળવવા હકદાર ગણાશે.

આંગણવાડી કાર્યકર, આંગણવાડી સહાયક અથવા આશા કાર્યકર બહેનો જો બીજી બધી રીતે લાભાર્થી બનવા યોગ્ય હશે તો તેઓને પ્રધાનમંત્રી માતૃવંદના યોજનાના લાભ મળી શકશે.

આ યોજના હેઠળ આવતી મહિલાઓની નોંધણી કઈ રીતે કરવી?

યોજનાનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર હોય તેવી મહિલાઓએ જે-તે રાજ્ય અથવા કેન્દ્રશાસિત પ્રદેશમાં આ યોજનાનો અમલ કરાતો હોય તેવી હોસ્પિટલ, સરકારી દવાખાના અથવા આંગણવાડી કેન્દ્રમાં પોતાનું નામ નોધાવવું જરૂરી છે.

નામ નોંધની કરાવતી વેળાએ મહિલા અને તેના પતિએ ફોર્મ-૧-એ મેળવી, એમાં બધી વિગત દર્શાવી, જરૂરી આધાર પુરાવા સાથે પોતાની વખતે મહિલાના અને તેના પતિના આધાર નંબર, મોબાઈલ નંબર, બેંક અથવા પોસ્ટ ઓફિસનો ખાતાં નંબર આપીને પોતાની અને પતિની સંમતી લેખિતમાં દર્શાવવી પડશે.

રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટેના ફોર્મની કોઈ ઈમ્મ્ત રાખી નથી, અને આ ફોર્મ આંગણવાડી કેન્દ્ર તથા સરકારી દવાખાનાઓ કે હોસ્પિટલમાંથી મેળવી શકાશે.

યોજનાના લાભાર્થીએ નામ નોંધની કરાવ્યા પછી જ્યાં ફોર્મ આપ્યું હોય ત્યાંથી સ્વીકાર નંબર કે પાવતી મેળવવી રહેશે જે બતાવવાથી યોજનાના વિવિધ હપ્તાની રકમ આપવામાં આવશે.

નામ નોંધની પછી માતા અને શિશુ સુરક્ષા કાર્ડ લાભાર્થીને અપાશે તે પછી આધાર કાર્ડ કે ઓળખના પુરાવા અને બેંક કે પોસ્ટ ઓફીસના ખાતાં નંબરો આપ્યા બાદ યોજનાનો પહેલો હપ્તો મળશે.

Digital India Free Mobile Phone

Internet and a free smart phone will be distributed for three years under Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana.  This will solve the problem of data recharging of women.  The state government is now providing free smart phones to more women in the state, allowing them to access the internet.

 According to media reports, the Department of Information Technology and Mass Communication has prepared a draft free smartphone distribution plan.

 Tender will be issued this week.  Under the Digital India scheme, these smartphones will be given to the female head of 1.33 crore Chiranjeevi family of the state.  Smartphones and internet will be made available to women.

 The smartphone will have free internet connectivity and free calling for three years.  However, you will get only 5 to 10 GB internet data every month.

 According to the information, the smartphones will be made in India and will have a 5.5-inch display.  The phone will have at least a quad-core 1.2-1.6 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, 32 GB memory, 3200 mAh battery, dual SIM and at least 8 megapixel camera.  In this, applications of major schemes of the state government will be pre-installed.  With this, women will be able to get information about the schemes of the government.

 The benefit of this scheme of the Chief Minister will be given to those families whose name comes under Chiranjeevi Yojana.  That is, the families who are taking the benefit of Chiranjeevi Yojana will be able to take advantage of the Chief Minister's free mobile scheme.  Under this scheme, smartphones will be available from the month of May itself.  At the same time, 5 to 10 GB data will also be available free every month.
