The name of this scheme is Free Plot Assistance Scheme.

Mafat Plot Yojana Gujarat: 100 sq. to landless agricultural laborers and rural artisans living in rural areas. Gharthala land till Var is to be given for residential purpose as well as..Jana. 100 square meters will be eligible for free plot planning.

Housing Assistance Scheme – Resolution on Sardar Patel Housing Scheme is implemented by Panchayat, Village Housing and Village Development Department. 

12 – While allotting plots regarding land development, care should be taken to ensure that

roads, air, heat and other facilities are available and the building is constructed with such facilities and in a planned manner.

Under this scheme of providing free plots to the beneficiary, when the plot is approved by the Taluka Land Committee, in case the land of the plot needs to be levelled, immediately Rs. 1000/- to be sanctioned for land development, land levelling.
